We have lots of good things stored in our autopilot part of our memory which serve us well. We learn to tie shoes, drive, and do other things automatically.
It is good at times to take a break from autopilot so we can enjoy the life that is all around us. Being mindful of all the beauty and variety of life can bring vibrancy and joy to our lives. This Sunday I will be talking about breathing in and enjoying all that life has for us.
